Standard Return Policy

Any product purchased from Kinsa between 1/1 and 11/23 may be returned within
30 days for credit to card (to the card originally used), in house credit or exchange. All returns must have original tags attached, be unworn, and in re-saleable condition.

Holiday Return Policy

Any product purchased from Kinsa between 11/24 and 12/31, may be returned by
1/31 for credit to card (to the card originally used), in house credit or exchange. All returns must have original tags attached, be unworn, and in re-saleable condition.

Clearance Items

Clearance items are "final sale" and cannot be returned or exchanged unless the item was found to be defective.

Definition of new, unaltered and unused condition

  • Item is without showing signs of wear or damage in any way.
  • Item still has original tags attached.
  • Item is returned within 30 calendar days of the delivery date.

Return Process

You MUST contact us within 30 days if you intend to return ANY item back to our store. Items returned to us AFTER 30 days and WITHOUT contacting us will NOT be refunded.

  • Customer is responsible for all shipping costs if Kinsa is not at fault. We cannot accept C.O.D deliveries.
  • We recommend sending your return via the US Postal Service Insured Priority Mail, FedEx, or UPS as Kinsa is NOT responsible for lost packages.
  • Refunds are contingent upon inspection, once the item is received.
  • Processing your return or exchange can take up to 2 to 3 weeks. If you need your item(s) sooner, please email Customer Service to make special arrangements. All credits will be placed on the credit card used for the original purchase. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
